1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver products all over Bangladesh through trusted courier services.
2. Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Charges
- Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT
- Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT
Delivery charges may change depending on product weight, size, or promotional offers.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed after confirmation via phone call or message.
- For prepaid orders (bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer), processing begins after payment verification.
- Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next working day.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Customers must pay the full amount (including delivery charge) at the time of receiving the product.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
6. Delivery Issues
